For me, communicating with spirit has been effortless and rewarding, but I got to thinking about that little bit of doubt or uncertainty that some of us may hold on to. Is spirit really out there around us? Do we have spirit guides or angels looking out for our well-being? Are we really talking to ourselves, or is it someone else? Is there more to life than our daily routine?
I feel like I have my answers, but wanted to share these experiences with others to expand their awareness and open their world to endless possibilities. So, I've hooked up with some local "ghost" hunting groups to learn about documenting paranormal experiences.
So far, I've had a few wonderful experiences and I've added them below for your viewing pleasure. Please feel free to make suggestions or comments about whatever comes to mind. Thank you.

Kevin and I were alone in what I believe was the Sick Bay or Hornet Room when we turned on the recorder and asked some questions. I used my flashlight to view the sound input meter on the Zoom H2 and watched how the meters moved when I spoke. So, I decided to ask our "guest" if he could do the same thing. And it worked!
Notice the fluctuation of the background humming noise after we asked the question. You will definitely hear some type of paranormal interference. So awesome!
We also saw shadows, heard knocking and felt people moving around us. At one point we heard a cat meow.
